At RHA Insurance Services (RHAIS), giving back is integral to who we are. We’re proud to be part of the Benefact Group – a family of specialist financial services companies operating across the UK, Ireland, Canada, and Australia. As a business built on purpose, the Benefact Group’s mission is to do right by customers and communities alike, donating all available profits to charities and good causes.
As the UK’s 3rd largest corporate donor over a decade*, the Group has given over £250 million since 2014 to organisations supporting people, animals, and the environment. By arranging insurance through RHA Insurance Services, you’re directly supporting this mission and helping us live out our shared value: Better business, better lives.
In addition to the profits donated through the Group, we at RHAIS raise funds through our own charitable activities – funds that are generously matched by the Benefact Group. We also dedicate time to volunteering and supporting causes that matter in our communities. Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to recently.
The Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund
FRS Haulage Limited were so impressed by the exceptional service and dedication of our Business Development Manager, Liam Chatfield, in arranging their haulage insurance, that they made a generous £3,000 donation to Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund, our chosen charity of the year. Their incredible gesture reflects our shared commitment to giving back, and we’re truly grateful for their support in helping us make a positive difference in our communities.

Avery’s Story: A rolling message of hope
More recently, RHA Insurance Services, partnered with FRS Haulage Limited, revealed a striking new lorry curtain design, which is now travelling the UK to raise awareness for the Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund. Our team designed a custom trailer curtain featuring Avery, a brave 6-year-old girl fighting childhood cancer. This moving tribute not only puts a face to the 1,900 children diagnosed with cancer each year in the UK but also features a QR code allowing direct donations to Lennox.
The lorry acts as a beacon of hope and support. The reaction from Avery’s family at the curtain’s unveiling was deeply moving, and we are grateful to Lindsey Bidwell at Lennox for helping bring this vision to life.
“Seeing Avery’s smile on that trailer was magic,” said Vincent Fitzmaurice, Lennox’s Founder. “It’s more than a design -it’s a message of support travelling across the country.”
Liam Chatfield, RHAIS Development Manager added “By designing this trailer curtain, we’re creating a moving billboard to show our support for the Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund”

Prostate Cancer UK: Golfing for a cause
Ryan Warfield, our Senior Account Executive, took on the challenge of playing four rounds of golf, completing 72 holes in a single day. He walked over 26 miles – to raise £600 for Prostate Cancer UK. With matched funding from the Benefact Group, the total reached £1,200. A huge achievement for a vital cause.

Supporting our local foodbank
Our team also continues to support the Billericay Foodbank, recognising the growing demand from families struggling with the cost of living. Over the past two years, we’ve donated food worth approximately £500. Most recently, team members visited the foodbank to deliver supplies and see first-hand how our contributions are helping real people in our local area.

Together with our partners, clients, and the Benefact Group, we’re committed to building stronger communities and better lives. Thank you to everyone who helps make that possible.
